Florida attorney Michael Presley has practiced law since 1980. He has stayed current and competitive by continuously looking for new opportunities. To this end, Michael Presley found opportunities to seek hospital reimbursements through ERISA plan recoveries. He worked on a contingency basis for Miami Children’s Hospital and sought collections from group insurers, collecting nearly $10 million for the hospital, which accounted for three months of its operating expenses.
Michael Presley is also experienced in the development of ancillary service centers. He has worked with many physicians with the sale or consolidation of practices into managed service organizations and he also developed the network strategy for United MSO of America, LLC, which he continues to manage.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael Presley studied political science at Florida Atlantic University and law at Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center. He is pursuing an MBA through Johns Hopkins University and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
